Complimentary express shipping across the UAE. Regional and international shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive beautifully packaged in signature LAYL packaging. A tracking link is provided by email once your order ships.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, contact client care with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned piece has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, please place a new order and return the original piece within the returns window.
